Sends you new listings. She always answered my questions with quick response. Even though the house search was stressful because of the hot market she reassured me that she would find me that perfect house and she did! <p>My boyfriend and I both had our houses to sell when Tracy Phelan found our dream home in Grimsby. Tracy listed Ray's house in Hamilton and on the first day she had 7 showings. My house in Beamsville was sold within a week and Ray's within 1 1/2 weeks. Tracy's knowledge, experience in the market and outgoing personality made the selling of our homes and purchase of our beautiful new house very easy. When I found our house we wanted to buy we asked Tracy to get us a showing that day. When she called there was 4 offers being presented that evening. We looked at the house at 6:00 pm that night and by 10:30 she had our offer excepted. Tracy went out of her way to do everything she could to make our buying/selling experience comfortable and easy.
