<p>My boyfriend and I both had our houses to sell when Tracy Phelan found our dream home in Grimsby. Tracy listed Ray's house in Hamilton and on the first day she had 7 showings. My house in Beamsville was sold within a week and Ray's within 1 1/2 weeks. Tracy's knowledge, experience in the market and outgoing personality made the selling of our homes and purchase of our beautiful new house very easy. When I found our house we wanted to buy we asked Tracy to get us a showing that day. When she called there was 4 offers being presented that evening. We looked at the house at 6:00 pm that night and by 10:30 she had our offer excepted. Tracy went out of her way to do everything she could to make our buying/selling experience comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring real estate agent to have Tracy Phelan look after all of your needs. You won't be disappointed.</p>
