<p>Tracy got right down to business told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to list, We came up with a good listing price to start with and everything went smoothly from then on. Tracy sold the house in 6 days! Tracy is all business but has a great sense of humour too! I would recommend her highly.</p>

We bought He house we just sold last night in 2011 and at that time it was Tracy who worked with us tirelessly showing us many many houses depending upon our needs and wants. We thought of moving and immediately called Tracy as we had an excellent experience in the past and she always stayed in touch. She walked through the house told us somethings that needed to be done. Explained us how all this will work including the price etc and at what price what should be our expectation. After a month we put our house for sale and four days later we got little over asking price and it's sold. Tracy worked very hard right from the beginning, telling us what to do and sending in the photographer, printing the cards for new listing and open house and running around the neighborhood dropping hem off. She also had a good presence on social media.<br /> We were a happy buyer dealing with Tracy and now happy seller. My wife and I just have good things to say about Tracy due to our excellent experience. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Has lot of patience and understands your needs and wants.
