Both my husband and I felt very happy with the professional and friendly services Tracy provided us with the purchase of our new home. Throughout our interactions with Tracy we felt confident in her knowledge and abilities, specifically around real estate market status, value and locations. We trusted her judgement and abilities to help us find the right place, so much that we felt safe making an offer without physically viewing the listing. Instead, Tracy showed us the listing via a video call she arranged to reach us in our current residence in Victoria, BC. Tracy showed us the home very thoroughly, explaining all relevant aspects of the listing and proficiently answering all our questions to the point we felt confident with what we were seeing and hearing, therefore we were able to proceed with the purchase. We look forward to relocating to Vernon in the spring to our newly purchased home thanks to the work Tracy did for us. We highly recommend Tracy as a real estate agent and feel grateful to our relatives who highly recommended Tracy to us as they too had a very positive experience when they purchased their home.

This is the second time Tracy has sold a home for me. She is knowledgeable, passionate and very respectful. She sets things up to help you sell and is willing to “think outside the box”. She has great ideas but is never pushy. I think the main reason I recommend her to others, is that she has this uncanny ability to make you feel like you are her only client. She is always available, takes all your questions seriously and has a very quick response time. She helps you get through this process and really cares about you and what you are doing.

Tracy did a fantastic job not only helping us buy our house but then helping us sell it years later. She also gave us great advice about what renovations would yield the best return on investment over that time. Her pricing strategy and negotiation skills are excellent and she got us over list price. Our house sold the first day on market! She took really professional photos and even has a 3D tour camera that was really slick. Can't say enough good about Tracy, best realtor we have ever dealt with.

Thank goodness we had Tracy for an agent when buying our house in Vernon. We feel Tracy went the extra mile for us and we love our new home. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we toured, provided home options in different price ranges and ages. I highly recommend Tracy if you’re buying a house in the Okanagan.
