As two separate listing there was a lot to organize and time needed in dealing with multiple tenants, let alone keeping us the sellers, in the loop, and all this at times from another BC community. Would highly recommend Tracy she worked very hard for us to get this sale in a timely manner.</p>

We felt that Tracy supported our interests at all times and very much kept us informed as to what and why things were happening. She was aware of the properties that were on the market in our area and knew where our property ranked in quality and pricing. At one point, although our house sold quickly, I expressed concern and Tracy said, don't worry I will sell your house and she did.
