Tracy is a fantastic agent. She is very attentive and truly passionate about getting a sense of your wants and needs when looking for the perfect space. If she doesn’t have the answer - she gets one, at any given time of day. She is very supportive and strives to give you satisfactory outcomes in all aspects of her work. Tracy would be at the top of my recommendation list if you’re looking for the perfect agent. She was always willing to go the extra mile, lend a helping hand and answer any questions and/or concerns with ease. Tracy was willing to jump all obstacles to ensure we could successfully purchase the property we wanted. A well trained professional in her field with a caring, kind, determined personality. Tracy was a wonderful agent from the start. She made everything in my home-buying experience flow very smoothly. We closed on my home very quickly and I was able to move in three weeks after I made an offer. This was all so important to me because it's my first time buying a home on my own. She was very reassuring and comforting. I would recommend her to anyone! She was so thoughtful and professional throughout this experience and even bought me a few housewarming gifts.

We reached out to Tracy and told her that we were interested in a property. Well, from that moment Tracy was on it. She contacted the owners agent and informed them of our interest. She kept us updated with every step of the way. Ensured to thoroughly explain every detail along the way with regards to the offer, counter offer, timelines that were required to be met and made sure we met all of our deadlines. Tracy ensured we received all information pertaining to the property i.e. any disclosure sheets, taxes, power bills, etc. Anytime I reached out to her, she would respond to my queries right away or at least within the hour no matter what time of day or night it was. She represented Remax in a very professional, polite manner. We didn’t have a lawyer so Tracy suggested a lawyer to assist us with the transaction and corresponded with the lawyer on our behalf when we were unable to. There was nothing that Tracy wasn’t willing to do to ensure we successfully purchased our property. I truly believe we wouldn’t have been able to close this transaction without her knowledge, professionalism and determination. We loved working with her so much that we asked her to represent us again for a second property. And once again Tracy was a rock star. Both properties are now our. Thanks Tracy!
