When I reached out to Tracy with regard to an impromptu visit to the house that I ended up purchasing, she was right on board. It was only a few hours later that she met me on site and was able to get me in for a viewing. Her willingness to meet me on such short notice, and make the drive showed her commitment to client service and finding a home for me and my husband. Oh, she is the consummate professional, who is available, quick to respond, provided information that I needed and delved into things I hadn’t thought of. Highly recommend, if you’re purchasing your first, one of many or your last home.

Tracy was on point with us from the moment we contacted her. My wife and I were looking for a new cottage in the Wentworth area, and thought we would have Tracy do some searching for us. She combed through the available listings in the area, and presented us with the ones that she thought we would like most. The very first one she showed us, ended up being the one we bought. She's strategic in bargaining for a great price, and she always had our best interest in mind. She has a great list of contacts, including a lawyer she set us up with. I have known Tracy for a few years before she became a fairly new real estate agent. I had seen in a few facebook posts one day that she had become an official real estate agent. I had no idea and it surprised me actually!!! I never knew she was pursuing or thinking of this career. In passing one day I had just mentioned that my daughter may be looking for a commercial property, and long and behold a few days later she had a property found. This property pretty much suited her needs and what she was looking for. It also needed minimal renovations to be completed on the interior to start her practice in a timely manner. The more and more we looked into this property, the more it became a perfect place for her to carry out and practice. This could also take her career to the next level. This property also had rental space which was another bonus. Tracy was very polite, professional and helpful thru this whole process. Out of all the professionals we had to deal with relating to the purchase of the property, Tracy gave us no headaches or barriers to break through as all the others had. She always answered her phone, text, e mails was always prompt and courteous . I really think she is truly an amazing asset to your company and to the real estate business itself. I know with her limited time in the industry she will only get better and better with time. The more experience she gains the better she will get.
