We had been looking for a house in a particular neighbourhood for a couple of years. We travel across northern Canada with work so Tracey took the time to send us video of a couple of houses we considered. Then during the time of covid19, a house we have walked by many a time came on the market, Tracey sent us detailed walk through video of each floor and a video of what was the view around the house. She was there every step of the way during the purchase procedure as we could not travel due to restrictions. We truly can say without Tracey we would not have been able to purchase our home.

There were some issues with negotiations but when it came down to it Tracey put in the extra effort to get us the purchase price we wanted.

Tracey went above and beyond throughout the entire sales process - even checking in on the house before closing to make sure everything was fine. She was professional and personal at the same time. She is well connected in Morrisburg and the surrounding communities. She made us feel like we were her most important customer and I felt like I could call her anytime if I needed anything.

Tracey is extremely knowledgeable regarding the local market, and therefore is able to educate her clients in terms of the real estate roller coaster. She is detail oriented, professional, yet very approachable. Her qualities facilitate the great stress of selling a home. I would definitely use Tracey's services again.
