Tracey was so wonderful to deal with. It is not an easy time to buy at the moment with this market but she helped us in getting our home. She went above and beyond for us.

I have moved 3 times in my life and Tracey is by far the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve ever had. Moving to an area where she knew the neighbours and the town was extremely helpful and allowed us to get into our new home quickly and easily. While looking for our new home Tracey offered perspective and advice but never pushed us toward something we just didn’t feel was right. Her patience helped us feel comfortable and her perspective helped us better understand the value of the homes we were considering. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home and if I ever need to sell and buy again I will be using her without a doubt!

Outstanding! Was extremely thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and went the extra mile at every turn during the purchase. Given this was a rural property, it had many other elements, unknowns and she handled them like a pro. Tracey is extremely easy going, and knows when to back off and step in which is rare! Tracey was instrumental in both the selling and purchase on our home(s). She added her personal touch to assist in the staging process for viewing. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our new home as well as surroundings. She was always quick to respond to all of our inquiries regarding the sale/purchase.
