Well as I'm writing this, I'm thinking back to when this 1st started. Tom, you truly made it a "True Milestone". From start to finish. The things we (Our family) never thought we would end up loving was possible. Thank you again, Tom and Team of True Milestones.

As a member of AFL Ontario, it was very easy to reach out to Tom and True Milestones for my Real Estate needs. It’s intimidating to think about buying and selling property but Tom’s knowledge, experience and work ethic removed any fear from the entire process! He’s also got a great support network around him, which adds even more comfort to the process where I felt protected the entire time! I would recommend Tom as a Real Estate agent to anybody looking for one, which is why he’s also working with my parents as they look to downsize during their retirement.

I had used Tom services to to sell my condo in March of 2021, Prior to working with him, I had originally listed the condo with a separate real estate agent in September of 2020 and needless to say, that other agent completely missed the mark and misjudged the market after being listed for over two months with no offers. Fast forward a few months later, I had interviewed a handful of real estate agents, which includes Tom whom I connected with via Linkedin. What made me choose Tom was the way he communicated in a very clear and articulate manner, while sharing his knowledge within the industry. He truly cared and looked out for his clients best interest, which is difficult to find these days. I explained my current situation, as well as how my condo was listed just a few months prior by an incompetent agent. Tom was upfront noting that I was at a disadvantaged caused by my other agent, but provided a strategy to move forward with the sale. He provided valuable insights of the current market trend, provided me a list of comparable units, and helped come up with a revised listing price to attract potential buyers. In addition to this, Tom has a fine attention to detail; upon visiting my Unit, he noticed a few things that had to be fixed right away prior to listing, which I would have never noticed myself. Once Tom and I agreed to a listing a price, we were off to the races. Admittedly, the listing price was lower than what I had hoped for, but Tom assured that if we price it correctly, more potential buyers would visit the Unit, with the chance of a buyer placing an offer of what I was expecting. Sure enough, within 4 days of being listed on the market I had three offers, with the final accepted offer being at the value that I was looking for. Tom's professionalism throughout the entire process was excellent. He kept me in the loop constantly throughout the negotiation process and provided excellent advice. He was also very prompt in responding back to any questions I had, even if it was late in the evening. Tom is also very resourceful, and has a handful of contacts to help close the sale if I was looking for a lawyer. As one professional to another, I can whole heartedly recommend Tom as a realtor to look our for your best interest and your future goals, hence his brokerage name "True Milestones". I will be using his services for future real estate purchases.
