<p>Todd is a true professional with a keen understanding of his client's needs as they relate to the market. In particular I felt that he was not only working for me but truly had my best interests in mind through the process of purchasing a house. I have worked with a number of other realtors over the years and can truly say that Todd not only exceeded my expectations, I believe he is among the best-of-the-best in this business. Highly recommended.</p>

<p>Todd is an amazing realtor. I have worked with him on 4 transactions over the past 10 years and he is always super knowledgable, responsive and professional. When my husband and I purchased our current home, we 100% were able to get it because of Todd's sense of urgency and ability to navigate a seller's market for us.<br /> Todd also goes above and beyond in the home inspection process; Todd will show up in jeans with the inspector, looking into minute details of the home to ensure you know exactly what you are getting into.<br /> I have recommended Todd to many friends, family and coworkers as I think he is the best in the business.</p>

<p>I was comfortable with Todd from our first meeting because he was both knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. He made the time to provide me with all the information I needed. I felt comfortable in asking any question. If he didn't have the answer then, he didn't bluff, he would find out and get back to me. He always followed up in a timely manner.</p> <p>I trust Todd's character and ability, and would recommend him to others.</p>

<p><br /> My wife and I have used Todd for multiple home transactions. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, and we will return our business to him. We have also recommended Todd to many friends over the years as well.</p> <p>I'll share 2 moments where Todd stood out. The first, is the first day we worked with him on our current house. We told Todd we wanted something small and inner-city, so that one day we could consider an infill. Todd selected about 8 homes for us to look at. For each home we saw, he took us to a comparable brand new infill on the same size lot, so we could see the type of home we could eventually build on each lot. I thought that was going the extra mile on his part.</p> <p>The second moment was how we actually got our current home. We found it with Todd, but were upset to learn the home was already conditionally sold. Todd helped us put a backup offer on the home (although the homeowner decided to reject backups and relist). We thought we had lost the place, but a couple weeks later, we were surprised to learn our home was going back on the market. Todd was already on it though, and notified us immediately, and we were the first to put an offer on it.</p> <p>Honestly, we wouldn't live where we do - and we love our home - without Todd.</p>
