<p>My husband and I moved to Calgary in 2007. We had never been to Calgary until the day we walked off the plane, luggage in tow. Todd had been recommended to us by our realtor in NS. Right from the beginning, approximately 1 month before we moved Todd was in constant communication with us in NS getting to know us via phone ( not as much social media and technology as it was 10 yrs ago). At one point he mailed us a large map of Calgary divided into neighborhoods and my husband and I rolled it out on the living room floor in NS and talked to Todd via phone as he explained the quadrants of Calgary and helped us to decide here to start looking when we touched down in AB. By the time we arrived Todd had narrowed down the area he felt would best suit our needs. He was right! We had an accepted offer on our current house within 3 days of arriving at a time when there was not much available on the market to buy. We have stayed in the same house we bought back in 2007! Todd is very knowledgeable about Calgary and gave us personal guided tours of the areas, always pointing out pro's and con's of each area.We were completely satisfied with Todd at the time and he continues to stay in touch with us . We continue to recommend Todd to our friends as a realtor they can trust will get the job done!<br /> Thanks Todd!</p>

<p>Todd has been my realtor for the past 12 years and has represented me and my wife for 2 sales and 2 purchases of homes over that period. He is an upfront and honest realtor which made getting on the same wavelength about expectations and what we were looking for very easy and allowed us to get started on the process very quickly.<br /> With respect to the house purchases Todd was exceptional as taking in our input on what we were looking for and analyzing what is available in the market/areas we were interested to quickly get started in reviewing potential houses. For both purchases we were looking at multiple neighborhoods which led to a large group of initial options. Todd was dedicated right from the beginning with helping us realize what we wanted and specifically with organizing as many viewing sessions as we were willing to have to ensure we found what we wanted. The viewing sessions were well organized, and as long as we had time to be out for. After the first night we started looking at houses, and seeing what we did and didn’t like he started refining the list of remaining houses that met our criteria to streamline the process and effectiveness of our search.<br /> With respect to the house sales, Todd was very organized about having us prepare our house for sale and getting professional photos taken for the listing. He was also very thorough in explaining the factors that would help us sell our houses as well as dedicated about doing everything he could to ensure a timely and beneficial sale. Due to his efforts we were successful in attaining our ideal list price for each house given the relative market at the time.<br /> Overall our experience with Todd was great and for that reason we have recommended him to multiple friends over the years due to the success we have had with him. If we ever need to relocate to another home we will be sure to utilize Todd realtor services again.</p>

<p>We would recommend Todd to anyone who wants to sell/buy real estate here in Calgary because of his exceptional knowledge in the real estate market, great communication and negotiation skills as well as a high professional appearance.</p>

<p>Todd helped us found our dream home in our preferred neighborhood. He was always on top any new listings. We got our house second day it was listed after looking for a few months. He was able to provide insight into the structure of the home since he had experience as a builder. Todd was always very quick to respond!</p>

<p>When I moved back to Calgary I was not sure of the area or style of housing I should buy. I felt it was important to find an agent who was knowledgeable about the different areas of the city, plus have knowledge of buying a single family house or a townhouse/condominium. I was fortunate to have connected with Todd as he demonstrated knowledge of the market in general, and was effective in explaining the value of the various properties that we looked at. Todd was also very patient and understanding as I eventually changed my mind from buying a townhome in the inner city to finally settling on a single family home in the suburbs. Through the entire process (which lasted almost 2 months), Todd was totally professional and very helpful in allowing me to find the best home for me at this time of my life. Combined with his fantastic search services on his website and my in-person dealings with him, I had an extremely positive experience with this real estate purchase.</p>

<p>Todd was just fantastic in helping us to buy our house in Calgary - I couldn't recommend him more highly! He's extremely knowledgeable and was always available to help with what turned out to be a complicated closing. If and when we sell, we'd definitely use him too, as he's a great negotiator as well.</p>
