<p><br /> What can I say about Todd? For the quick read, I would highly recommend Todd for all your real estate needs.</p> <p>For the longer read, Todd was funny, helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and patient. We looked at nearly 60 homes with Todd and I’m certain that If it had taken 60<br /> more he would have been there through it all, with a sense of humour. He was never pushy and never told you how to feel about a house, he knew our taste in homes long before we did and what we would like but made sure it was our choice.</p> <p>The patience of this man when we change from Edmonton to St. Albert and wavered between the two for months was astounding. We looked at every style of home, with cost varying and he never blinked an eye. We did share a few laughs with the few more eclectic homes and there were a few.</p> <p>It was my first time buying and I was never afraid of asking a stupid question, he answered everything and if he didn’t know he would research the answer. I was a nervous buyer but found comfort in the likes of Todd.</p> <p>So would I recommend him? yes. Would I use his services again? absolutely! However, he’s so good that I can’t see leaving this home anytime soon it is perfect for us in so many ways.</p> <p>So if you want someone that’s quirky, fun, patient, knowledgeable, and ahead of the game, Todd’s your guy. The process was smooth and enjoyable. Plus you’ll get a good laugh every so often, he’s a bit of a klutz!! Lol</p>

Todd was always time and very professional. He was knowledgeable about the houses we were looking at. The buying and selling experience was awesome.
