I picked Todd by chance when I was looking at purchasing a townhouse. It turned out to be a great choice. Anytime I contacted him, he was always available to show a property the same day, or the next day at the latest no matter where in the city as I was undecided at he time. Great sense of humor and very punctual. He was very helpful in forwarding me all the new listings, and I found a place within a month. No complaints on my end.
