Tim is a wonderful realtor very thorough catches the things that we don't see when we have a rose colored glasses on lol. Very knowledgeable about acreages and helped us understand different things we werent aware of. Very easy to get in contact with and always returns calls. Learned alot about contracts and clauses and went through everything with us. Explained things we didn't understand and made selling our house extremely easy. Was thoughtful and considerate of our family needs. He knew about our neighborhood and aspects of our home we didnt know. We highly recommend Tim!!!
