Tim Maley is your guy. I just purchased my first house and he was by my side every step of the way. Tim was referred to me by a coworker who had previously used him to both buy and sell their house. I called Tim and told him I wanted to buy a house. I had little to no knowledge on where to even start. I was anxious and nervous. Tim reassured me that he would help me and make the process as easy as it can be. He took me under his wing and treated me extremely well. Tim was available to me 24/7. I called him every time I had even the smallest question and he was there for me. When looking at houses, he was honest, and I knew that he had my back. This man truly wants to get you into a house that is best for you and he doesn't settle for anything less. He is extremely knowledgeable. He taught me sooo much about purchasing a home. Tim has my 100% trust in buying and selling my houses for the rest of my life. There is no other realtor in my mind.
