I have worked with Tim Lind on several of my home purchases and each time the dedication, responsiveness and knowledge that he has made the purchase smooth and effective. Buying a home can be a very difficult and anxiety provoking process and Tim has the perfect balance of providing knowledge and opinions that help make decisions without pushing you to make decisions too quickly. He is patient and takes his time to understand what it is that you are looking for. He will help you limit the homes that you look at to the ones that meet your criteria and he doesn't waste your time looking at homes that are not within your price range, desired criteria or area you are not interested in living in. However, if you are unsure about what you want he will ask the right questions to start to narrow things down so that it is not so overwhelming. I have referred many of my friends and clients to Tim over the years and the feedback I get is consistent.
