First time buying a house and was going through the motions as I have no idea what to expect. Thomas was friendly and courteous. Was looking for a relatively cheap house with a garage nothing special. A lot of properties had foundation issues which I was hoping to avoid viewing at all. In the end we found a house that suddenly popped up as perfect and I considered it a lucky buy in the nick of time.

Thomas was a great Realtor and helped us find our forever home! He was very patient and took us to every single home on our list and even suggested a few others that we didn't have on our radar. He was very professional and was always willing to provide an opinion when asked. He also was great at spotting any little flaws/damages in homes that you wouldn't want to miss when searching for a new home. He was also very patient as we went through a very tough negotiation process. It required many back and forth conversations and Thomas took it all in stride. I would highly recommend him as a Realtor for anyone.
