Chris helped me purchase my first home. As a first-time buyer, he was an invaluable source of knowledge and advice, and he truly went beyond my expectations. He understands the market and a good sense of value for properties. He walked me through what to expect and was patient and provided timely responses for all my follow-up questions. While Chris made sure to tell me he supported my decisions, he also pointed out in more than one instance that the property I liked, was overpriced. While many realtors would probably not think twice and close the deal, Chris made sure I had all the information available to make an educated decision. Because of his extensive knowledge and honesty, I felt that he had my best interests in mind. With his help, I purchased a home that I truly love, in an amazing neighbourhood, below what I was expecting to pay.

Chris was very quick to begin the process of finding a property for us, excellent communications with the landlord and us. Finds good properties that are viable candidates, and knows their benefits and drawbacks. Works very fast, once you tell him to go, be ready to act because he moves like a freight train. Very good experience working with him, and would absolutely work with him again. He has found two properties already for us.

Chris found us our dream house and it wasn't even listed on the market. We were upfront with our price point and he made sure to stick to it throughout the negotiations. He never pressured us, yet was always available to show us a listing or offer advice when we asked for it. When it came to selling our home, Chris took care of ensuring cleaners, stager, inspector, and photographer, were all called and in place. The marketing material that Chris prepared was better than I had ever seen at any other open house and our staged house looked fabulous. We had an incident where the cleaners accidentally broke latches on our windows. Chris took accountability for the problem and went directly to our window manufacturer to obtain the parts necessary to fix them. What was a major issue from my perspective, was no longer a problem at all in less than 12 hours because Chris handled it. Chris has great contacts in the industry and has a lot of resources available to help you find and/or list your home. We had a great experience working with him and recommend him 110%.

I met Chris initially when he approached me with an offer for my house. My house was not listed on the market. Although he was not representing me for this sale he did conduct himself in a professional manner and walked me through the details of the offer with no pressure to sell my house. After the successful transaction of selling my house I thought it would be a good idea to have him find me my new home. This proved to be very successful as well. He looked after every detail of searching, presenting potential homes based on my criteria and finding details about the property I had chosen. Chris is very easy to deal with and you can tell he enjoys his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires an agent for the real estate market.
