Chris Cook’s RE/MAX Hallmark Halyard Group was 5 star in every category. We appreciated that he knew the area well and was able to manage our expectations of the market right away. We went in a bit naively with regards to price at first, expecting to get everything we wanted in our desired price range. Chris realized quickly that location was the top point on our list, and respectfully educated us by presenting differences in homes, for different price range, a supported us throughout the entire process. His group professionally guided us through every step, communicating with us along the way, and even provided checklists for us, to ensure everything, even after closing, was right at our fingertips. One of the things we appreciated most was the groups quick response time to any question we had. Best of all was their complete diligence in helping us acquire our first choice home, even after we had almost given up. Chris and Olga never backed down when being met with challenges, and even managed to negotiate down in price for us, making our experience top notch. In a dynamic housing market, it can be overwhelmingly finding a new home, but Chris Cook and his team were our stronghold. We received Chris’ contacts as a referral from a long-time couple-friends who had a very positive experience with him. Chris asked all the right questions and helped us narrow into our location and price points. He was always honest and transparent with my husband and I, which we greatly appreciated. He was highly responsive and keep in contact regularly. When it came to booking showings for properties, he made the whole process stress-free. I was extremely pleased with Chris Cook and his Halyard Team from the start to finish. I felt that Chris and his team were supporting me the entire process. I had some particulars on the home I was looking for and also a tight deadline. Chris tirelessly worked to get the best value to suit my needs. He truly went ABOVE and BEYOND! With his help I found my dream home for me and my two kids. He knew when to push so that I was able to secure the home purchase that suited all my needs and more. I asked my sister for recommendations for a realtor since she's a home stager. I needed a realtor with a solid team that also included property repair and painting. She suggested Chris and it was the best answer for me. I now live 3 hours away from the property I was selling. I was never worried. Chris kept me updated and informed at all times. His crew came in and painting and repaired the house after we received no offers as it was. The house looked amazing after the painting and repair and being staged by Pearl Street Homestaging. I know Chris worked with the buyers to bring their offer up to where he knew I'd be happy. The day before closing, the buyers went to the house and Chris went with them to make sure that they were happy. I didn't even know this was going on. There was a slight emergency and Chris was already there handling it. I was very impressed. He's always going to go the extra mile. On top of that, and this is the most important to me, Chris is such a decent human being to work with. I've called him at all hours any day of the week and he answers with a smile in his voice and he gets the answers I need. He was upfront and straight with me and had my best interests at heart. He's just so easy to work with and also a very nice and interesting person. You won't be disappointed with Chris and his team. They're outstanding.
