Terry was a pleasure to work with and very professional and friendly but very direct when it was required. Going through the process of selling can be stressful but Terry provided us with the confidence that he had our backs and gave us the assurance we needed without being pandering. We felt that he maximized the value in our home and were delighted with the results.The buyers were not always easy to deal with but Terry dealt with all issues that arose in a very direct way that took the concerns off our plate. A pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him whether buying or selling.
