He is very personable and he shows that he really cares. He spent a lot of time with us, going through the process of selling my husbands family home. Terry was empathetic and sensitive to the situation and was sincerely motivated to help us through the process. He spent hours getting familiar with the house location and all of the amenities in the area. He is a professional marketer and strategist and sold our home in 3 days over the asking price. We never felt like Terry was selling just for the commission. His success is highly based on return clients which says a lot about his exemplary service.
