Terry sold our condo for us, I feel he advised us well, and provided us with information and insight into the market and our property to help us make a decision on listing price. The condo sold quickly and we do not feel like we under sold. We were trying to purchase again in the same market, Although, it did not work out for us, Terry did work very hard to find us a suitable property.
