He listed my condo on every popular social media site , created me my own website with video and spread the word to eveyone he knew . My condo had several hundred views within hours . We had an amazing turn out at open house so I wasn't surprised when it sold after the first weekend of being listed above list price.</p> <p>With my first condo purchase , I knew what I wanted but had a hard time finding it.
