Terry was faced with a difficult task with my move - and he only had ONE DAY for me to view all my the places I liked and find a new place for me to call home. He did his homework on my favs, helped me eliminate those who did not meet my criteria and then, with the efficiency of a booking agent, lined them all up so that we could accomplish my objective. He kept me up to date, was knowledgeable and quickly pointed out various pitfalls. In the end - I got a condo that I absolutely love and a realtor that I would be proud to recommend.
