As an out of province investor, it is critical to work with an experienced realtor. Terrin has been great to work with and has shared her knowledge about the various neighbourhoods in Calgary and which ones would work for what I was looking for as she and her husband also own some investment properties so she knows what to look for. (When I went for a visit, she even took time to drive me all around them). She is very professional and prompt with all of her responses and not afraid to negotiate on your behalf. She is an incredibly hard worker (even negotiating a purchase for us in the hospital right after giving birth which we didn't know about until much later) and great at keeping in touch throughout the process and while searching for new properties. I have also sold with Terrin and she went the extra mile by having the professional photos she had arranged for after I had renovated, virtually staged to give buyers an idea of what the property could look like. The property quickly sold to a happy investor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Terrin to buy or sell.

We had a great experience working with Terrin. I contacted her over a year ago when I was thinking about listing my house; this was the first time we would sell a house and buy a house. Even though I wasn't actively looking and asked many questions, she was quick to respond and help us understand the process. Flash forward 6 months, and she stopped by to have a look at the house and once again explain the process. It took another 6 months until we finally decided to list, and of course, I wanted it done ASAP. Terrin had the professional stager here the next day and a photos/video walkthrough scheduled a few days later. Amazing! Terrin then held an open house the first weekend we listed, and we had many showings in that first week and got our offer on day 9 at a great price! She also recommended a great realtor in Edmonton to work with on purchasing a home there. I found Terrin to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and always prompt with her responses.

I met Terrin by a fluke call. My friend who spoke with her really liked her. I spoke with Terrin and set a plan in motion to purchase a house. She was AMAZING! She knew what I was looking for and was all over new listing. It's a frustrating time right now but she made easy and painless. Terrin is fantastic! She worked closely with my husband and I to find our family the perfect home. She spent many hours discussing homes, prices, possible renovations, communities, etc. over the phone, in person and by online messaging. She is extremely kind and caring and wants to do what is best for her clients.
