I contacted Terrin in the first half of 2022 regarding an available property she was representing. I was new to property buying (in Canada) and as Terrin was responsive and giving me good advice, I decided to ask her to represent me (for a purchase) also. Coming from the east coast (to Calgary), I needed to arrange travel so that I could view properties. Terrin arranged a full day of property viewing on the dates that I was able to travel, and showed me around the area, giving excellent advice along the way. I don't think I would have found the perfect property (that I ultimately did) without Terrin's help, and I would have no reservations about recommending her to anyone looking for a stress-free experience in buying (and selling) their home. Terrin is knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with.
