Terrin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Having an investment mindset, really helped Terrin and myself connect and find the perfect place! In fact we trusted her judgement so much, she executed a purchase for us on a place that we didn’t even see due to such a hot market in the Calgary area. We had a great experience working with Terrin. I contacted her over a year ago when I was thinking about listing my house; this was the first time we would sell a house and buy a house. Even though I wasn't actively looking and asked many questions, she was quick to respond and help us understand the process. Flash forward 6 months, and she stopped by to have a look at the house and once again explain the process. It took another 6 months until we finally decided to list, and of course, I wanted it done ASAP. Terrin had the professional stager here the next day and a photos/video walkthrough scheduled a few days later. Amazing! Terrin then held an open house the first weekend we listed, and we had many showings in that first week and got our offer on day 9 at a great price! She also recommended a great realtor in Edmonton to work with on purchasing a home there. I found Terrin to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and always prompt with her responses.

I met Terrin by a fluke call. My friend who spoke with her really liked her. I spoke with Terrin and set a plan in motion to purchase a house. She was AMAZING! She knew what I was looking for and was all over new listing. It's a frustrating time right now but she made easy and painless. I have given her number to friends as they know I am happy with the results. Thanks Terrin for all of your hard work! It paid off :)

Terrin is fantastic! She worked closely with my husband and I to find our family the perfect home. She spent many hours discussing homes, prices, possible renovations, communities, etc. over the phone, in person and by online messaging. She is extremely kind and caring and wants to do what is best for her clients. She is very knowledgeable and able to work with her circle of professionals to find a solution to whatever needs you have. Terrin really got to know my family and I now consider her a friend. My husband and I have agreed that she will be our realtor on all of our future personal and business related realty needs.
