Ted came highly recommended by some friends in Calgary, best choice to help us make the move from Toronto. I’ve personally met Ted in Calgary on a short vacation in 2022. We talked about real estate, market options and we viewed quite a few properties while I was there. Ted figured out exactly what we need, and most important what is best for us, location, price, layout, resale value and much more. I knew right away he is a very solid agent, down to earth, with very strong knowledge of the market, house prices and also a very pleasant and knowledgeable person outside real estate. We ended up buying shortly after my vacation a very nice property with Ted’s help. He went above and beyond to make everything a very smooth sailing, and he did a very good job.
