We had a spectacular journey finding the best place for our family! Amie listened to all of our wants and made our search educational and fun! We are so happy with her advice and guidance! He was quick to resolve any issue that arose during the transition process. Cordell also eased our concerns by checking in on our new home when we were behind schedule with our move. He added the personal touch by being here to greet us when we arrived and surprised us with a housewarming gift.

I’m sitting here trying to find the words to express exactly how incredible and helpful Cordell was for me throughout my home purchase experience. There is so much to say. From the very beginning he was exactly the realtor I needed. I found myself at the end of a 24 year relationship and I was stepping into the big scary world of purchasing a home all on my own. I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. I didn’t want anyone pressuring me or annoying me with questions that I couldn’t answer so when he reached out I told him exactly that. He was gracious, gentle and understanding and offered exactly what I needed for my first step. Each step of the way after that he continued to give me exactly what I needed. He stuck with me through all of my indecision, by twists and turns as well as my frustration. And there was a lot! But never once did he make me feel bad and he not only stuck with me every step of the way, he was my cheerleader. The understanding and support that he gave was truly remarkable and frankly unexpected. Never once did I feel like he was frustrated or disappointed with the way things were going and it could have been very easy for him to feel that way. I truly felt like he was part of my team and not just a realtor who was out for himself and his pocketbook. His incredibly positive personality along with his knowledge and understanding of the industry were refreshing and gave me the utmost confidence in the decisions I was making. Not only that, he made me feel like he truly wanted what was best for me and he was willing to put in the time and effort no matter what it took. When it finally came down to the negotiations (after 6 months of searching) there was a whole new side of him that emerged! His understanding of the art of negotiation was beyond impressive. He was determined to get me my number even when I was second guessing it. His confidence and tenacity in that moment was exactly what I needed and I ended up getting my dream home for exactly what I wanted to pay for it! So in conclusion I will say with confidence that if you are looking for a realtor who will be there for you and absolutely represent you and your needs/wants, Cordell is the agent for you! Any agent can be knowledgeable. Any agent can find and show you homes. Any agent can give advise. But not any agent can give you the compassion, understanding, empathy, patience, support and kindness that Cordell naturally gives just by being him. He is a remarkable young man! Thank you Cordell!
