Jane Vu provided us with months of help and found us a home meeting our families requirements, and although it was difficult she got us to where we needed to be. Exceptional team effort and glad to have worked with this company. Jane is very patient and always on time, i can text and call her anytime and answers all my worry and concerns. Cordell has helped us through the exciting and stressful process of buying our first home (and dream home) over the past two months! He is a top notch realtor with professionalism, quick and easy communication, fast turnaround times, tons of knowledge, and a joy to shop for homes with! He always listened to our wants in a home, made suggestions, and showed us numerous properties in different areas right outside of Edmonton (even with short notice from us on several occasions). He also has a wonderful business network to work with from mortgage brokers to lawyers and probably more, if needed. This review was written for Cordell Schur while working for HACK&Co. Working with Cordell was amazing! We found him at an open house and did not have a realtor to work with at the time. He offered to meet with us to go through what a first time home buying experience would be and met with us that week to do the same. He then was able to go through houses with us, did not make us feel rushed, and listened to each detail we wanted or did not want included in our home! Cordell was patient and kind when we went through houses and was so open to hearing our opinions. He found us our dream home within 2 weeks and made the ENTIRE process of buying a house so easy and stress free. We highly recommend Cordell to anyone looking at buying a home!
