Thanks to their advice I managed to get over 100k more than An offer I was willing to accept. they knew the market, they knew the product and they staged the home to the point that I wanted to buy the furniture and not move. Most importantly, they knew the anxieties I had with the sale of my house and refused to let me settle. They hosted open houses, kept me in the loop of feedback and gave me advice on changes that I could do while the house was up for sale. throughout the process they stayed professional even though I was nervous and questioned whether we should pass on certain offers. They handled my transaction as if it was their own home and made sure I got the best offer possible. The sale took place last may and to this day, this is the highest price for my model there was prior and now to this date.
