Tatyana was always accommodating to talk on the phone or meet regardless of the time of day or night. Our needs always came before hers. We had a number of discussions on the listing price and she believed we were too high and we thought she needed to rethink her starting point but after several lengthy discussions she proved to be right and sold our property in under 3 weeks from the date of the listing at the closing price we hoped to get. We had some issues to address after the listing was signed and even though she was not permitted to start the actual sales process until a few days later due to our restrictions placed on her she never ever pushed to start the sale and still performed in an extremely impressive time frame achieving our sale needs. All aspects were completely transparent and very professional with her and she and her partner were always easy to reach and to communicate with and no topic to them was bothersome or too trivial to our working relationship with her. Will definitely use her again and again. Her knowledge of the market, research provided and commitment was most reassuring and proved to be the right decision.
