So grateful to Taryn for the sale of my Mom's condo. Having never sold property before, she was there for me every step of the way. Even when unforeseen issues arose, she had my back. I can't even begin to tell you how much Taryn helped me with the sale of my Mom's home. We were both overwhelmed, never having sold a home before, and Taryn came in with a realistic approach, clear instructions, constructive feedback and real solutions to more than a few problems. All this while balancing the needs of the current tenants. Taryn sold Mom's home in record time (I still can't quite believe it) and we still got the number we were hoping for.
