I can’t even begin to thank Tanya enough and I struggle to find the words to adequately convey how far she exceeded expectation. I have bought and sold several houses over the years, but never have I come across such a dedicated, patient, hard working, collaborative, professional, creative, supportive, effective, responsive, organized, and delightful realtor. My search for my Kelowna forever home began over two years ago, with Tanya doing all the legwork while I was 3500 km away in Kingston Ontario. During this time, Tanya relentlessly combed the real estate landscape for me, filtering through hundreds of properties using her incredible knack for seeing through her client’s eyes, always magically arranging targeted and efficiently scheduled viewings whenever I visited, before finally locking into the property that embodies everything I was hoping for. It was a long, gruelling roller coaster and she stayed the course without wavering. She then switched gears for the closing process and displayed a whole new skillset, facilitating the entire transaction and making it seamless. Even after the close, she continued to check in, remained available to help with anything she could, and displayed a genuine and comforting interest in my happiness with the purchase. If I ever find myself back in the real estate market, there is only one person I would call.
