Tanya helped our family find the perfect home for us in Kelowna. It ticked every single box. Her work didn’t stop after the sale though. She helped us find professionals from designers, cleaners etc. She taught us about what Kelowna has to offer. If I could rate her business with 6 out of 5 stars I would!

Life sometimes sends you a low ball, and challenges you to endure and come back stronger. When that happens, the best approach might be to start over, including a new city, and home. When that happens, a friend that takes your struggle personally and is willing to do what it takes to help you, is invaluable. Little did I know that such friend was not even my friend yet. When I started to consider the Okanagan Valley as my new place for a new life, I did not know the area, nor any city, nor anyone. Moving from the Lower Mainland to this wonderful piece of Earth seemed unsurmountable without the minimum knowledge and support, but especially without maneuvering margin and time amid a very frantic market. But then I met Tanya, and she immediately became a life changer. Since the very first moment of our very first introductory meeting, she behaved like a lifelong true friend. At every step of the process, she took it personally, as if helping a family member. Her professional qualities are beyond any possible doubt, as all reviews here accurately reflect. Thus, I will not focus on that factor, although important, because there is something even more important than that. Tanya's personal qualities make the difference. From the moment she started listening to me and my ideas, she immediately knew me and what to look for to help me in my search, maybe even before I knew myself. Her personal commitment to help me, as a client, but making me always feel like a friend, is beyond anything I have seen before. From the right opinions, to the most fitting prospects according to my personality, to the final decision and even beyond, she was and still is always there. You can find good, and even very good professionals in the industry, but Tanya goes beyond that with her personal, committed involvement, and that is a rare gem. If you are looking for an excellent professional that knows the market and the people involved, but also a great person that will take your case as if it were her own, look no further. You have found her, and you will be happy to have her by your side. And you will also gain a friend. A very good friend.
