This experience was like no other. Tanya helped me sell my dad's old house which was not exactly prime real estate. She did it fast and got us more than expected. Her team is a well-oiled machine and made it so easy, despite some unexpected challenges.

After searching through many listings of similar properties to mine I found one advertised by Tanya. While most of the realtors seemed to just simply be doing there job, it was Tanya's listings that truly brought to life all the great features of the properties with her descriptions and photos. This held true with mine, she was thorough with the details and highlighted all the right features of my property. The result was not only over asking price but someone that was sure to enjoy my house as much as I have.
