Tanya Evoy comes from a military family with roots in Lanark County and Nova Scotia and truly enjoys helping Buyers and sellers connect with a focus on client attention and education on the current market while putting her clients needs first.
With a strong back ground in customer service and an Entrepreneurial spirit, she spent many years as operator of a family Spa business before making her transition into Real Estate in 2009. Since 2010, she has achieved top sales awards consecutively every year with the Executive Club Award and the 100% Club Award and in 2017 was awarded with the Platinum Sales Award and Re/Max Hall Of Fame Award.
Consistently expanding on the knowledge she can bring to her clients, she obtained her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 2013, which less than 8% of Ottawa Realtors have obtained and in 2016 she went on to receive her Real Estate Broker’s License. She has also received designation as a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and has become certified in Residential Construction Sales (RCC) and most recently become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Tanya currently works in Carleton Place and serves surrounding areas in Lanark County with her experience in New Home Sales and Residential Resale. She is a member of Brookfield relocation services, NAR (National Association of Realtors), CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association), OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association and OREB (Ottawa Real Estate Board) and currently volunteers on the committee for Ontario Real Estate's YPN. Tanya gives a portion of every sale to the Children’s Miracle Network which supports our local Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).
She is a proud mother of two wonderful boys, a wife and an avid lover of yoga, paddle boarding, and all things Real Estate. She enjoys her downtime with friends and family from a very fast-paced work life where she truly thrives in the challenge of helping her clients who are also friends, find the home that they will enjoy making many memories in for years to come.
