Tania and Tina were great to work with. As a first time home buyer they were very informative and helpful. They brought up things that I would not be able to think about which really helped in the purchasing. There was a sort of uncertainty on the property which created some stress. They did a one year follow up too though which was nice to see what I should be preparing for in the future.

I bought my home 10 years ago from Tania King and she has been in contact with me on a yearly basis ever since. She put in a lot of work to get me into my home and her patience in helping me find my home was awesome. Now her and her sister Tina are in yearly contact with me which I feel is outstanding. In January of this year they spent weeks showing me possible homes in my price range to consider. I changed my mind on selling at this time, but they were okay with my decision. When I do decide to sell they will be the first to hear from me. If you are considering getting into the market - you can't go wrong working with these ladies.

We can’t express enough how grateful we are for your knowledge, guidance and wisdom over the past several months while we looked for our very specific, perfect home together. My husband and I are so thankful for Tania King and Tina Hansen for helping us find our perfect place. Their professionalism and knowledge helped us tremendously since we were first time home buyers. Communicating with them was very easy and convenient since they were very responsive and accommodating. They were always ready to answer our many questions and even gave their honest opinions on every property that we viewed. We never felt any pressure to buy just any condo because they were never pushy, giving us advice if they think the property is not a good fit for us. We definitely recommend Tania and Tina!
