House shopping with Tammy was amazing. Tammy was knowledgeable and helped guide us through the buying process. As a first-time homebuyer, there were numerous small details about a home that I've never thought about and tammy helped point out the pros/cons of many of them. We first met Tammy in August 2021. While in Sherwood Park visiting family we’d decided to move here in the Spring of 2022 and Tammy showed us some properties to give us an idea of what was available. When we returned home to BC she continued to provide us with updated listings. Things progressed quicker than anticipated and we sold our home in BC in September and Tammy seamlessly adapted to the change in timing and focused her search on finding us our new home. With Tammy invaluable help we found our condo. Tammy was in contact with us through every step of the process of purchasing a home in another province during the challenges of a pandemic. She also provided us with options on companies to review the condo documents, lawyers, insurance, and power suppliers. We don’t anticipate moving again but if it happens Tammy would be our first call. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
