Tammy was exceptional. The market for what we were selling was a bit challenging. Tammy overcame any problems and really worked with all her resources to get us a sale. Tammy went above and beyond for us and we appreciate everything she did for us. I would highly recommend her.

Tammy is enthusiastic, professional and accommodating. She knew the market, knew what we could get for our house and knew what we had to do to get a house we were happy with. It was a hot market to sell and buy and so everything happened very quickly but in the end, we did very well on our sale and the house we bought checked off every "want" box... and then some. Although we likely won't be moving again anytime soon, I would definitely use Tammy's real estate services again if we did and I would recommend her to any of my friends.
