Tamara was our realtor for our move to summerland this past summer of 2020. She was patient, knowledgeable, very kind and completely open and honest with me. Emotions and tensions run high when buying and selling and she keeps it totally professional and has a special ability to be there as a caring friend that you feel like you have known for years. And because of that I’m happy to now call her a friend! Hope she will be my realtor in the future if need be and I will recommend her to everyone I know!

Tamara was extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Her dedication went above and beyond our expectations. Tamara took the time to walk us through the selling and buying process and was able to work very quickly to list my father’s property. She was dedicated to finding us a home that could accommodate three generations under one roof and took the time during a busy long weekend to present our first offer in person. While we didn’t receive an accepted offer on the first home she was quick to regroup and find us the perfect house and we could not have been happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Tamara for both the sale or purchase of a home, she is truly wonderful to work with!

We were so lucky to find Tamara. She brought a perfect energy to our family and once we bought our place, we missed seeing her a few times a week. She noticed the little things we said and what was important to us. Her many kind gestures were such a treat. Especially for our two boys, who were hugging her by the end.
