Tamara is a truly incredible Real Estate Agent. She was completely on top of all the details and paperwork, she communicated clearly with us for every step of our house purchase, and she was quick to send out information as it became available. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was happy to answer all of our questions even the ones unrelated to real estate. I was impressed by how she remembered all the details of what we were looking for in a new home and she went above and beyond in finding the perfect home for us. Tamara is so friendly and comfortable to be with that I felt like I was house hunting with a good friend, not someone I had just met. We have stayed in touch and I look forward to connecting again once we move to Summerland in Feb '21.

Tamara was our realtor for our move to summerland this past summer of 2020. She was patient, knowledgeable, very kind and completely open and honest with me. Emotions and tensions run high when buying and selling and she keeps it totally professional and has a special ability to be there as a caring friend that you feel like you have known for years. Tamara was extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Her dedication went above and beyond our expectations. Tamara took the time to walk us through the selling and buying process and was able to work very quickly to list my father’s property. She was dedicated to finding us a home that could accommodate three generations under one roof and took the time during a busy long weekend to present our first offer in person. While we didn’t receive an accepted offer on the first home she was quick to regroup and find us the perfect house and we could not have been happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Tamara for both the sale or purchase of a home, she is truly wonderful to work with!
