As a first time homebuyer, to say I had a lot of questions throughout the process would be an understatement. Sylvia came highly recommended, and I was not disappointed. She was with me every step of the way with her wealth of knowledge and her patience, and together we found a near perfect home for me in my absolute favourite neighbourhood; and at a great price as well. In addition to Sylvia's personal experience, she has great recommendations for connections to help with all the other aspects of buying a home. Sylvia has been incredibly helpful in helping me rent a place on a tight set of constraints and an even tighter timeline.
