I would highly recommend Sylvia, experience counts for a lot and she was able to identify what the place needed to sell and to pull it together and she also kept me up to date on what was going on , all the while acting in a professional manner.

I was looking for experience, toughness and communication skills as well as a realtor who could see what the property needed to sell it and pull that part together as I did not have the time or know the right resources Sylvia did all of this and was trustworthy as well.
