We are very satisfied with the service Sylvia and her team delivered. Further to that all of the partners Sylvia mobilized (staging, photography, floorplan, notary) all arrived at their scheduled time, we’re professional and had a full understanding of what was expected. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and is an excellent listener. Her negotiation skills are exceptional. She keeps you informed so you can always make the correct decision and feel confident and comfortable in making it. She understands the market thoroughly. I, frankly, can not think of any weakness in her handling of my purchase and sale. If there is a perfect realtor, she is it.
