This made house-hunting a fun process instead of just a stressful one. Susan carefully curated properties in line with our must-haves. She helped us prioritize the items we needed to have versus wanted to have. Susan wanted us to make a strong investment, making us feel that she was truly invested in us and maintaining us as life-long clients. Susan was never pushy, working well within the geographical and financial boundaries we set when house-hunting. We trust Susan and don’t believe we would have found our forever home, and gotten it at a reasonable price without her assistance. On closing, Susan went above and beyond in making us feel special and welcomed to our new home. You won’t get fruit baskets or airmiles from Susan, instead she will welcome you to your new home, showing you how carefully she’s listened to your banter over the house-hunting process. Thank you for the welcome safety gifts - you are the best! We also considered selling a property with Susan as we were looking to buy. Susan gave us honest advice which was that it wasn’t in our best interests to list at that time. Instead, at her own initiative, she generated a rental marketing package and helped us facilitate renting our income property. Great realtor. Definitely recommend.
