<p>The whole team worked together to ensure none of our questions were left unanswered. This was a daunting process at first but the team made it much less stressful and a positive experience for my whole family and I. We couldn't have asked for anything more!</p>

They provided good advice on how to get the best benefit for the money we spent to make our two homes more attractive to buyers. They advised us on decluttering and even brought in a few pieces to enhance the decor. On one house Doug skillfully advised us on how to deal with a lowball offer, how to counter and how to finally close the sale at above our expected price. On the second home we had two offers, and Doug provided good guidance on which one to choose, we again sold the house at more than we had expected. Doug is a skilled negotiator.</p>
