My first contact with Doug was in 1981 when he helped me buy my first home. He helped me sell it 13 years later. He helped me buy my next home and 26 years later he helped me sell it... in 5 days during the COVID pandemic. We priced it right based on his advice and after looking at the market. If a person has sold some 4000 homes you should listen. Susan is an able complement to Doug's skills. She listens and helped my wife and I go through the emotional process of selling our family home. She gave great advice throughout the process. The suite of services they offered were great including professional staging, all rhe contacts you need to sell a home and best of all, a photo/video session that was truly beautiful which showed our house in the best light.
