Sunny has been great to work with. I have bought two properties with him, one investment unit and the house I currently live in. We love our current house and our investment property has been doing very well for us, and a big part of this is due to Sunny's research and recommendations. Sunny has always been patient with us (sometimes we change our minds a lot), has never pushed us to buy anything, runs the numbers first to make sure they work for you, and is always available and prompt on responding back, even of it is a quick question. Highly recommend him, he cares about the people he works with.

a year ago I guess you can say this is 2 reviews in 1. After being exposed to 2 not so amazing realtors we came across Sunny and have not looked back. Sunny has been nothing shy of outstanding. He helped us in purchasing our first home a few years back, and more recently an investment property. Sunny takes the time to get to know his clients and works diligently to help you find what you are looking for. Sunny is very well versed in the competative market of real estate and will go the extra mile for his clients. Sunny is very honest and will let you know when something isn't right whilst leaving the ultimate decision up to you. Sunny is punctual, dependable, and loyal to his clients. Not to mention responsive and accessible through various hours of the day - even on holidays. I can not say enough about Sunny. We were in a place that we felt we could never get out of. With his help and all his contacts (everything from painting, flooring, handyman, cleaners etc...) we not only sold our home in only 6 days but we actually got $50,000 more then we thought was possible.
