Sunny was amazing to work with. We chose Sunny after meeting with several other agents. He was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He came prepared for our first meeting and wasn't pushy or overbearing. Being an estate sale for my late mother, his kindness and sensitivity made a very difficult task so mush easier and less stressful. His communication was top notch, and kept me up to date with feedback, interest etc. daily. I recommend working with Sunny if you want excellent results with a touch of friendly personal service!

He was quick to meet and set up the process at the outset for a smooth transaction. There was never any sense of dollars and quick turnaround being the true motivation; in fact, it was quite opposite. It was so refreshing to deal with a genuine professional with integrity, honesty, a keen sense of detail, patience, reliability, market insights, high knowledgeability, and who held my hand every step along the way as a first-time navigator of the real estate system. It was a truly personalized service that made it seem like I was his only client, even though that was definitely not the case. He made sure all sides were happy all along the way, which made something potentially overwhelming so manageable. I wish more people took their profession and service as seriously, but with true warmth, as Sunny does. I can't recommend him enough and you won't find better out there.</p>

I have had Sunny represent me as my agent on 3 different properties. Honesty, vast experience and professionalism is what you get every time. I did not hesitate to recommend him to 2 of my best friends and my own parents when they needed a real estate agent. I have heard horror stories from other friends who had other agents attempt to push them in a direction in order to get the deal done. That has never been the case with Sunny. Sunny has been great to work with. I have bought two properties with him, one investment unit and the house I currently live in. We love our current house and our investment property has been doing very well for us, and a big part of this is due to Sunny's research and recommendations. Sunny has always been patient with us (sometimes we change our minds a lot), has never pushed us to buy anything, runs the numbers first to make sure they work for you, and is always available and prompt on responding back, even of it is a quick question. Highly recommend him, he cares about the people he works with.
